Because Digitzim products are digital and delivered electronically, refunds are generally not guaranteed after successful access or download unless required by law or approved after review.

When refunds may be considered

A refund may be considered when a buyer is charged but does not receive access, the file is materially different from the listing description, the product is corrupted or unusable, or there is evidence of fraud or duplicate payment.

How to request help

Buyers should contact support promptly with their order details, purchase email address, and a clear description of the problem so the issue can be investigated.

Review process

Digitzim may review order records, payment records, download access, and seller information before a refund or credit is approved. Platform decisions may include denying a refund, granting a refund, suspending a seller, or taking other protective action.
