Using Digitzim
Digitzim is a digital marketplace that helps sellers list and sell digital products to buyers. By using the platform, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate information when creating an account, listing a product, or making a purchase.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers must only upload content they own or are authorized to sell. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality of the digital files they provide, and complying with all applicable laws and intellectual property rules.
Buyer responsibilities
Buyers must use purchased digital products only as permitted by the seller's license terms and must not share, resell, or misuse downloaded files unless explicitly allowed.
Payments and access
Payments are processed through the payment methods supported on the platform. Access to digital files is provided after successful payment confirmation. Digitzim may delay seller payouts, review accounts, or limit access if fraud, abuse, or policy violations are suspected.
Account actions
We may suspend listings, restrict accounts, or remove sellers and buyers who violate platform rules, engage in fraud, abuse intellectual property, or harm other users or the platform.
